E ora siete pronti per la ricetta? siete carichi??!!!
GLI STRACCI di ILEANA (come sempre non mi accontento di copiare la ricetta così com'è e perciò mischio tra 2!!)
Ingredienti per 4 persone: 600 gr di petto di pollo,
1 cipolla piccola,
1 carota,
2 zucchine,
100 gr di piselli sgranati,(io odio i piselli perciò li ho sostituiti con i pomodorini)
olio, sale,
pepe, farina
vino qb
procediamo...
Tagliare cipolla, carota e zucchine alla julienne.In una padella far rosolare le verdure tagliate alla julienne ( cipolla prima e carote poi che ci vuole un botto di tempo x renderle morbide).
Aggiungere un bicchiere d’acqua, coprire e far cuocere il tutto finchè l’acqua non si sia addensata
Aggiungere ora i pomodorini, far saltare anch’essi insieme alle verdure, salare e pepare.
Passare gli straccetti nella farina e rosolarli in una padella con un filo d'olio ,spruzzare un pò di vino e lasciare evaporare.
Appena gli straccetti di carne saranno pronti, versare le verdure nella stessa padella e con un cucchiaio di legno mescolare la carne con le verdure dolcemente.
Aggiustate di sale e di pepe.... et voilà la cenetta è servita!

Ora con questo dolcissimo sottofondo musicale vi lascio i miei 2 amori di lavoretti ....si sono usciti proprio così..amorevolmente visto che si tratta di biglietti per bambine...per 3 nipotine:
- per la mia stellina NOEMI nella sua totalità le 2 immagini erano sul cartoncino piegato, quella di schiena sulla copertina frontale e la bambolina frontale all'interno eccolo:
